CX Wallets Giveaway Official Rules

1. Sponsor
The CX Wallets Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by CX Wallets (“Sponsor”), located at [6914 Downing Ave. Suite A. Bakersfield, CA 93308].

2. Eligibility
This Giveaway is open to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia, and Canada (excluding Quebec). Participants must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in their state/province of residence, whichever is older, as of December 15, 2024. Employees, officers, directors, and representatives of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway begins at 12:00 AM [PST] on [11/14/24] and ends at 11:59 PM [PST] on December 15, 2024 (“Giveaway Period”).

4. How to Enter
a) Purchase Entry: For every $1 spent at www.cxwallets.com during the Giveaway Period, participants will receive one (1) automatic entry.
b) No Purchase Necessary Entry: To enter without making a purchase, participants may mail a handwritten entry with their full name, address, email address, and phone number to CX Wallets, [6914 Downing Ave. Suite A. Bakersfield, CA 93308]. Each valid mail-in entry will count as one (1) entry. Limit one (1) mail-in entry per day.

5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected through a random drawing conducted on or about December 16, 2024, using Debutify software to ensure fairness. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive [FULLY CUSTOM TEAM ASSOCIATED B7 BUGGY READY TO RUN WITH ALL THE R1 WURKS HOP UPS AND ELECTRONICS]. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): 2500. The prize is non-transferable but can be exchanged for cash or alternatives, such as the winning contestant choosing a $1000 cash prize rather than the RC car.

7. Winner Notification
The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided at entry within [1] business days of the drawing. The winner must respond within [7] days of notification to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this period, an alternate winner may be selected.

8. General Conditions

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway for any reason, including fraud or technical failure.
• Participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final.
• Any federal, state, and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner.

10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants release the Sponsor from any claims or damages arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of the prize.

11. Governing Law
All disputes arising out of this Giveaway shall be resolved under the laws of the state of [CA], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
